The ESA Cup was conducted by the Electronics Students Association (ESA). The competition was conducted from 30th October in multiple stages. It consisted of parallel running competitions for Futsal (four-a-side football), Badminton and Box Cricket.
The competition received a hearty response from all electronics classes. There was a lot of participation in all three sports, with the organizers having to extend the competition just to match the response of the participating teams.
The Boys Futsal competition was won by the team consisting of Pratik Mane, Vaibhav Patel, Sagar Jaybhaye, Omkar Deshmukh and Shreyas Pillai from TE ETRX while the runner ups were from SE ETRX.
The Boys Box Cricket was won by the FE ETRX team while the SE ETRX team came in a close second. Meanwhile, the Girls Box cricket was won by the SE ETRX team by winning over the TE ETRX team who gave a tough fight to grab the second-place spot.
Coming to Girls Badminton, Melita Benn of BE ETRX won the hearts of everyone by grabbing the top spot, while Raksha Jain of TE ETRX came second followed by Krisha Chokshi of TE ETRX in third place. The Boys Badminton Competition was won by Vinay Polewar of FE ETRX while Ashutosh Sharma from FE ETRX grabbed the silver medal by getting ahead of Sanish Kharade of BE ETRX in third place.
In the end, the TEs were on top of the leaderboard, followed by FE coming second, SEs coming third, and BEs at fourth place.
