MLSA Speaker Session

On 29th January, WIE IEEE S.P.I.T., in association with IIC S.P.I.T. had conducted a webinar on Microsoft Learn Students Ambassadors (MLSA) at 12 PM, via the Google Meet platform In the session, the speakers spoke about the crucial details to be taken care of while filling the form for MLSA and guided the students to handle the difficulties they may face for the same. They also highlighted the benefits of becoming an MLSA.

The panel of speakers consisted of Trusha Talati, a fourth-year computer engineering student from S.P.I.T., currently a Beta Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador, and also a Postman student expert, and an upcoming SDE at JPMC. 

The second speaker was Mansi Dwivedi, a third-year Information Technology student of our college, who is an upcoming summer intern at Deutsche Bank. She is also the Tech Head at WIE SPIT and has been a finalist in several hackathons conducted at VCET, Algeria, and IIT Bombay, to name a few.

Jai Joshi, a third-year Information Technology student, was the last speaker for the webinar. He is working as a Pwc Intern and has also been selected as an SDE Intern at WorkIndia. Besides being the Tech Head at IR-Cell and E-Cell S.P.I.T., he had also been selected for the JPMC Skills Program and has been a contributor for GirlScript Winter of Contributing (GWoC).

The speakers not only discussed the details of MLSA as a whole but also mentioned personal experiences concerning the same. It gave everybody an insight into what it is actually like being an MLSA and also made others aware of its existence in the first place. They engaged the audience in a Q&A session towards the end and concluded the session by summarising their journeys.
